  • Mayonnaise – To taste
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Sunflower oil – 150 Milliliters
  • Mustard – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Greens – 15 Grams
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons

Garlic Sauce with Herbs Instructions

  1. Everything is very simple.
  2. Put mayonnaise into the blender bowl, drive in an egg and pour in oil.
  3. Add mustard, washed herbs, garlic cloves, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir the sauce until smooth.
  4. Serve the sauce to the table, decorate it with a sprig of parsley or other herbs.
