Garlic Sour Cream Sauce

A simple and appetizing garlic-sour cream sauce will help to emphasize and diversify the taste of meat, fish, vegetable, or poultry dishes. Try to cook it at home and be amazed at the new tastes of familiar dishes.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 2-3 Art. Spoons.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. The spoon.
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Olives – 3-5 Pieces
  • Dill – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. The recipe for making garlic-sour cream sauce takes about 5-10 minutes, with all the ingredients.
  2. Put the sour cream in a deep bowl. It is better to choose thick sour cream of the high – fat content, then the sauce will have a more uniform consistency.
  3. Add some mayonnaise to it. However, this ingredient can be skipped. It imparts a little salty to the sauce and slightly softens the sour cream flavor.
  4.  Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press (you can grate it) and add to the sauce. The number of cloves depends on your taste.
  5. Lightly dry a few olives and chop finely. You can also use olives or pickles, for example.
  6.  Wash and dry the dill. Chop and add to the sauce. You can add other fresh herbs to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and that’s it, the garlic-sour cream sauce at home is ready to serve.
