Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon stock, granulated, (do not dissolve in water!)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente as usual according to the package insert. In the meantime, cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.
  2. When the spaghetti is done they are poured into a sieve. Switch off the plate, place the same saucepan in which the spaghetti was cooked on the plate while it is still warm. Put the olive oil and garlic slices in the saucepan and sauté until translucent. In no case let the garlic turn brown. Then put the drained spaghetti in the pot and mix everything well with 1 - 2 tablespoons of granulated stock. Serve hot.
  3. A fresh green salad or ice cream salad goes well with it.
