Ingredients

  • 3 banana (s), very ripe
  • 100 g corn flakes
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • Butter-vanilla flavor or lemon flavor
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g nuts, round
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them on a board or plate with the help of a fork. Crush the cornflakes in a bowl, add the banana pulp and let it stand for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan (25 cm).
  3. Meanwhile mix the flour with the nuts and baking powder.
  4. Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one.
  5. Add the flour mixture and the banana mixture, stir in briefly and pour into the prepared form. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  6. Also tastes good as a breakfast cake or as banana bread spread with honey!
