  • 2 handfuls basil, leaves only
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pine nuts
  • 40 g quark
  • 30 g parmesan, rated
  • 30 g feta cheese, rated
  • some butter
  • oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the basil leaves, crush them with the garlic and pine nuts in a mortar. Add the quark and grated cheese and continue to crush the mixture until it is well combined. Gradually stir in the butter and the required amount of oil. The sauce must be well thickened and thick.
  2. Before pouring it over the pasta etc., season to taste and dilute with 2 tablespoons of the cooking water for the pasta.
