Ingredients

  • 500 g beetroot
  • 150 g onion (s)
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 stalks coriander green
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the beetroot and cook them unpeeled on the tray in the oven for about 1 hour, let them cool down, peel and grate.
  2. Finely chop the onions, walnuts and herbs, press the garlic and mix all the ingredients with the vinegar, salt and pepper. (Everything is done very quickly with the food processor!)
  3. Chill for at least two hours and serve with white bread.
