I bring to your attention a recipe for a warm salad of potatoes, pickled cucumbers, smoked sausages, and bacon. Hearty, tasty, and very aromatic dish.
Ingredients
Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
Smoked sausages – 2 pcs.
Sliced bacon – 3-4 strips
Red onion – 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs
White wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Choose potatoes with thin skin.
Directions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water (you can wash them with a brush to keep the skin perfectly clean). Cut the potatoes into medium slices. Fill with water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until tender. Drain the water from the finished potatoes.
Put the bacon in a dry preheated pan. Fry the bacon over medium heat, melt the fat.
Cut the peeled onions into feathers. Cut the smoked sausages into slices.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices. Finely chop the parsley (leave a few leaves to decorate the salad).
When the bacon is browned, transfer it to a paper towel.
Put onions and sausages in the pan in which the bacon was fried. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add chopped herbs, sugar, and vinegar there. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
After that, put the potatoes in the pan. Mix gently and turn off the stove. Put the contents of the pan on a plate and wait 10 minutes until the potatoes with sausages and onions cool slightly.
Add pickled cucumbers and chopped or chopped fried bacon. Salt and pepper a warm salad to taste. Mix gently. Decorate the potato salad with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
