German Ravioli

Ingredients

  • Egg – 5 Pieces
  • Minced beef – 350 Grams
  • Bacon – 1 Slice
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Spinach – 1 Bunch
  • Water – 3 Art. spoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Flour – 1 2/3 Cups
  • Breadcrumbs – 1/3 Cup

Directions

  1. Chop the onion, mix it with the minced meat and chopped bacon. Fry everything in a pan until tender.
  2. Add chopped spinach, 2 eggs and bread crumbs to the finished meat. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix 3 eggs, flour and water.
  4. Knead the elastic dough on the table using your hands.
  5. Divide the dough in two. Roll each piece of dough into a thin layer. Put a tablespoon of minced meat on one part.
  6. Cover the filled dough with the second portion of the dough and form into square ravioli.
  7. Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
