Ingredients

  • 500 g plums
  • 700 ml vodka
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g rock suar
  • 5 carnation (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and halve the fresh plums and place in a larger container with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Close this and place in a dark, not too cold place. Shake the container regularly - especially at the beginning, as this is where the sugar should be dissolved.
  3. After the resting period of approx. 6 weeks, the liqueur can be filled into beautiful small bottles. If there are any residues of plums, filter them out using a filter (coffee filter).
  4. With cinnamon and cloves, it is ideal for the Christmas season.
