Ingredients

  • 4 cl gin (London Dry Gin)
  • 2 cl lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 lime slice (s), fresh

Instructions

  1. 2 cl corresponds to a small shot glass.
  2. Halve the lime, cut a slice from the middle and squeeze out the juice from the rest of the lime.
  3. Put the gin, lime juice and 3 ice cubes in a shaker, mix well and pour into a glass. As an alternative to the shaker, everything can be stirred in the glass. Finally fill up with tonic water. Garnish the edge of the glass with the lime wedge.
