Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 ml gin
  • 500 ml tonic water
  • 2 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water with the sugar until it has completely dissolved. Let cool, then add the gin and tonic water. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to taste.
  2. Fill into a flat, sealable container and allow to harden completely in the freezer.
  3. To serve, scrape off the shavings with a spoon and pour into ice-cold dessert glasses.
