  • 1 pinch ginger, grated
  • 35 ml espresso

Instructions

  1. Pour a little liquid honey into the espresso cup so that it covers the bottom. Put 1 - 2 knife points of freshly grated ginger on the honey; Alternatively, you can scrape the liquid out of the ginger with a spoon. Then pour an espresso over it.
  2. Stir well so that all ingredients mix well and harmonize.
