- 2 bags mint tea
- 1 liter boiling water
- sugar

- Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice with the ginger cubes into a carafe. Then add the sugar and fill up with the boiling water. Hang in the tea bags.
- Let the tea steep for about 10-20 minutes.
- Let the tea cool down and serve with ice cubes and lemon wedges for the look.
