Ingredients

  • 10 cm ginger, fresh, peeled, very finely chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (s), sliced
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 liter boiling water

Instructions

  1. Pour the ingredients into a container and pour a liter of boiling water over them. Stir well and let steep for 2 hours. Serve cool and ideally over crushed ice.
  2. Tip: Instead of lemons, you can also use limes or oranges or round off the taste with a little mint. A shot of vodka per glass is just as good.
