Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 2 teaspoons ginger, fresher, finely grated
- 600 ml mineral water
- 2 teaspoons raspberry syrup or currant syrup
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- ice cubes
- possibly mint

- Squeeze the limes and mix them with both sugars and the ginger in a bowl. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then carefully add the mineral water. Finally stir in the syrup and rose water.
- Pour into glasses together with ice cubes and garnish with mint if necessary.
