- 1 ½ cm ginger root
- 0.5 ½ lime (s)
- 500 ml cola

- Cut the ginger into small cubes. You can peel it beforehand, but you don`t have to. Put the cola in a mug together with the cubes. Add the juice of ½ lime and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. No longer, otherwise the carbonic acid will escape! Pour through a sieve when decanting into glasses.
- Tastes best with ice cubes on a hot summer day.
