Ingredients

  • 80 g iner, peeled
  • 180 g cane suar
  • 200 ml water
  • 80 g honey
  • 400 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. Chop the peeled ginger and put it in a saucepan with the brown cane sugar, water and honey. Mix the contents, heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Let everything cool, add the vodka and mix. Pour the entire contents of the pot into a sealed vessel and let it steep for a week. Then sift out the pieces of ginger.
  2. All in all, you get about 700 ml of finished liqueur.
