Ingredients

  • 320 g iner, peeled
  • 2 lemon (s), untreated
  • 500 g suar
  • 400 ml lemon juice
  • 2 bottles vodka, or double grain
  • 800 ml water

Instructions

  1. Grate the peeled ginger. Peel the lemons. Add the lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and water to the ginger. Cook everything for 10 minutes.
  2. Let it cool down and then add the alcohol. Let it steep for 3-4 days. Filter through a linen cloth before filling.
