Ingredients
- 100 g iner, oranic
- 20 ml lemon juice, approx., Freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 bottle blood orange juice, approx. liter

- Cut the ginger unpeeled into small pieces.
- Put the lemon juice and honey in a food processor or a tall mixing vessel and puree with a small dash of orange juice. Then press everything through a sieve. Pour into a suitable bottle and top up with the orange juice.
- You can also add pepper or turmeric if you like. Also works with apple juice.
- Drink 2 cl every morning, topped up with juice if necessary, in slow sips.
