Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, put the pot aside. Add the tea bag, ginger slices and lemon slices to the water. Remove lemon peel when the pulp crumbles and spreads in the tea. Remove the tea bags after approx. 7 minutes. Let the ginger steep longer, depending on your preference (try taste!) For about 15 minutes. At the end, sweeten the tea with honey or sugar as desired. Drink hot.
  2. You can also add orange slices or a cinnamon stick, depending on your preference. Good on cold days - ginger tea warms you up from the inside.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
