Ingredients

  • 600 ml tea, black, freshly brewed
  • 350 ml apple juice
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a walnut
  • 1 lime (s) (organic)
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 4 sprigs thyme (small sprigs)
  • some cranberries

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Wash the lime well and also cut into thin slices.
  2. Slowly heat the tea with apple juice, ginger, lime and spices and bring to the boil. Pull from the stove.
  3. To serve, add a tablespoon of honey to each of the glasses and pour the hot tea over them. Add a sprig of thyme at a time, add a few cranberries and serve.
