Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a walnut
  • 1 apple
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • honey
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and bananas and roughly cut the meat into pieces. Roughly dice the apple. Squeeze the lemon. Also use the pulp. Cut the ginger into small pieces. If you don`t like it so spicy, it is better to take a little less ginger.
  2. Gradually pour the ingredients into a tall container and use a hand blender to make a pulp. Add the lemon juice. Sweeten with honey to taste and puree again vigorously. Add up to 300 ml of water if desired.
