Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g flour + 1/2 bakin powder
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon gingerbread spice
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 orange (s), grated peel (untreated)
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 1 can apricot (s) or peaches (approx 850 ml)
  • 1 lemon (untreated) grated zest

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and 200 grams of sugar until frothy, add the orange and lemon peel and stir in the eggs one after the other.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, gingerbread spice and cornstarch and stir in.
  3. Spread the dough approx. (40) in a prepared form and put the peaches or apricots cut into pieces on top.
  4. Prepare pudding, add sugar, stir in sour cream and spread on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 150 ° C for about 40 minutes, before slicing, put in a cool place for about 2 hours.
