Ingredients

  • 320 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 300 g chocolate
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 200 g nuts, round
  • 150 grams flour
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 15 g inerbread spice
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • possibly chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan and let cool down a little. Stir in nuts, egg yolks, baking powder, gingerbread spice and flour. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold in. Spread on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Baking time approx. 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
  2. Cover with chocolate icing if you like.
