Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s) (cod, saithe, )
  • 1 leek
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheating to 200 degrees.
  2. In a baking dish 1 tablespoon. Add to the margarine and let it melt in the oven, being careful not to turn the margarine brown.
  3. Slice the tomatoes, chop the leek and cut the bell pepper. Then put the tomatoes in the baking dish first, then the leeks and peppers. Put the fish on top.
  4. Make a herb butter from the remaining margarine, parsley, garlic, salt & pepper and spread a little on the fish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Rice and salad go well with it. You can also add mushrooms to the casserole, just try what you like!
