Ingredients

  • 100 g lass noodles
  • 6 cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.75 ¾ Bell pepper (s), yellow or orange
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 300 g cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon balsamico bianco
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek, or red tabasco
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crème fraîche, or cream
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water over glass noodles, leave to stand for approx. 4 minutes. Rinse the pasta with cold water and drain.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season to taste. Cut the peppers and basil into strips, dice the tomatoes and cucumber and add everything to the finished sauce. Cut the pasta into pieces with kitchen scissors and mix with all the other ingredients.
