Homemade glazed curd cakes are a very healthy and tasty delicacy, surprisingly easy to prepare.

Ingredients
Cottage cheese (fat-free) – 300 g
Sugar – 2-3 tbsp (60 g) or to taste
Black chocolate – 100 g
How to make glazed curds:

Mix the curd well with sugar. Beat a little.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath: break the chocolate into pieces in a small saucepan; in a larger saucepan, bring water to a boil, place the saucepan with chocolate over hot water.
Take the muffin cups (I had paper ones), carefully apply chocolate to the sides of the muffins, and put them in the freezer for a couple of minutes.
Take out the chocolate molds, fill with cottage cheese, pour melted chocolate on top, and remove the glazed curds in the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate.
