Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and slice the carrots. Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces about the size of the carrots. Now bring the carrots to a boil in the orange juice in a saucepan, then simmer until they are soft enough. Add the honey and oranges, stir in the cold butter. Now season to taste with salt and pepper.
