Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 celery root
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 kg pork (loosened pork loin)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 350 ml wine, white, dry
  • 3 tablespoon jam (orange jam)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the electric oven to 200 degrees. Peel the onion, dice, clean the celery and carrots, dice. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a roasting pan, fry the meat vigorously on all sides, remove and fry the vegetables. Deglaze with stock and wine, simmer for 20 minutes. Add the meat and let it simmer in the closed roaster for 35 minutes.
  3. Mix the jam with the wine and brush the meat with it 15 minutes before the end of the roasting time. Cut the meat into slices. Pass the sauce through a sieve and season.
