  • 100 g clarified butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. The peeled, whole potatoes are fried in a pan heated with fat. Finally, sprinkle with salt and powdered sugar. The powdered sugar melts, mixes with the hot fat and thereby forms the glaze.
