Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s) (size M)
  • 1 custard powder (vanilla flavor), gluten-free
  • 250 g flour (luten-free mixture)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 7 tablespoon milk to brush on
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoons water or lemon juice for the glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Beat the butter until frothy. Whip the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until white. Mix the baking powder, flour and custard powder and carefully fold in everything.
  2. Put the dough in piles on a baking sheet with parchment paper. The dough must not run away on the tray! Put the tray in the hot oven. After 10 minutes of baking time, brush the Americans with milk and bake for another 5 minutes.
  3. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and water or lemon juice. When the Americans have cooled, sprinkle with the icing.
