Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 12 tablespoon milk
  • 12 tablespoon oil
  • 50 g chocolate, (chocolate chips) or other chocolate in pieces
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 600 g flour, liht, luten-free
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Simply mix all ingredients except for the egg, knead briefly until all ingredients are mixed together. Then form small rolls out of the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Now whisk the egg and brush the rolls with the egg.
  3. In the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at about 170 degrees.
  4. After baking, brush again with the egg, DONE,
  5. Good Appetite!! 🙂
  6. The amount is 20-25 pieces, depending on the size of the rolls.
  7. These rolls always succeed, which is not always a given, with gluten-free baked goods. 😉
