  2. Pour kefir into a deep container, vegetable oil – olive oil is best, add salt. If desired, you can add ground dried herbs: thyme, rosemary, oregano.
  3. Add rice flour and baking powder. Remember that rice flour is difficult to interfere with and is more difficult to prepare dough from it than from wheat flour.
  4. Knead the dough, stirring in flour thoroughly. Leave some flour to roll out the pizza base.
  5. Rice dough does not need rest to activate its gluten as it does not contain gluten. Therefore, immediately roll out the base from it along the dia of the mold. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the dough on it. Brush it with ketchup or mayonnaise. At this point, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  6. Grate hard cheese on a fine mesh grater. Sprinkle the base with half of the cheese mass.
  7. Cut smoked sausage and tomato (optional) into slices and place on the base. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

  9. Then invite family or guests and serve the pizza warm, cutting into pieces.

Bon Appetit!
