Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, luten-free (Schär Mix B)
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 70 g butter, lactose-free
  • 2 egg (s), size M
  • 160 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 1 cube fresh yeast
  • Milk for brushing

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast into it. Melt the butter, pour the milk into the butter, then add the eggs as well. Mix well and pour into the bowl. Knead everything into a smooth dough and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then knead the dough well again and divide it into 18 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The rolls should lie in such a way that they lightly touch each other when they rise. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Brush the rolls with a little milk and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
