Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 3 handfuls rocket
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • some pepper (coarse steak pepper)
  • a bit salt
  • 80 g parmesan in one piece

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet and place them in a flat bowl if possible. Mix with a little olive oil to prevent the gnocchi from sticking together.
  2. Then mix a dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pressed or diced garlic, lemon juice, steak pepper and salt. Mix the sauce with the gnocchi, the roughly chopped walnuts and the washed and well-shaken rocket. The whole thing is covered with parmesan shavings.
