Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry half of the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the remaining onion cubes and the drained sauerkraut.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  3. Grease a baking dish and layer one after the other minced meat, sauerkraut and gnocchi or potato noodles. Wash and chop parsley. Mix the crème fraiche, cream, cheese and parsley and pour over the casserole.
  4. Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
