Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 250 g bacon
  • 2 small onions
  • 200 g sour cream
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and bacon into small cubes.
  2. Fry the onions in a saucepan with butter until translucent. Slowly add the bacon and let everything turn nice and brown. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes. Put the stove on a smaller flame and stir in the sour cream. If you like, add a little milk and season with pepper. Keep warm on a low flame, do not let it boil anymore!
  3. Bring water to the boil in another pot, season with salt and cook the gnocchi in it according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and mix with the sauce.
