Ingredients

  • 600 g nocchi
  • a bit salt
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 75 g mustard, rainier
  • 1 bunch chives
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain, quench and drain. Dice the onion.
  2. Fry the bacon in a pan and then take it out of the pan. Steam the onions in oil until translucent. Add the cream and stir in the mustard. Bring to the boil for 4 - 5 minutes.
  3. Wash the chives and cut into small slices.
  4. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix in the gnocchi and chives and heat again briefly.
  5. Arrange the gnocchi with bacon on a plate.
  6. 760 Kcal per serving.
