Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 medium clove garlic (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. In addition, finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, sweat the onion until translucent, add the garlic after a while and fry briefly. Then add the mushrooms, fry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the cream and some of the cooking water from the gnocchi over everything and simmer for a few minutes on the highest setting. Season with salt and pepper, then add the gnocchi, toss briefly.
  4. Arrange on a plate, spread the rocket on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
