Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 60 g parmesan, fresh, rated
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 g cream or milk
  • 30 sage leaves
  • Water, salted

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until cooked and strain. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and toss the sage leaves in it and remove. Then add the parmesan to the butter and sweat, deglaze with cream or milk and bring to the boil (if necessary thicken with cornstarch). Arrange the sage leaves on the cooked gnocchi and serve with the sauce.
