  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat the cream with 1/2 cup of water together with the Gorgonzola cut into small pieces until the Gorgonzola has melted. Stir in the tomato paste so that it turns pink. Now just season it.
  3. Drain the almost finished gnocchi and finish cooking in the sauce.
  4. Now all you can do is serve and enjoy!
