Ingredients

  • 1 packet vegan gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 60 g wild arlic
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 packet soy cream (soy cream cuisine)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, chop it finely and sweat it in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Remove the stem and kernel of the pepper and cut the pod into cubes. Then add to the onions and sweat with them. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them as well.
  2. Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan and then cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, deglaze the vegetables in the pan with soy cream, wash the wild garlic, pat dry and chop, then stir into the sauce.
  3. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the gnocchi and distribute evenly on plates, then pour the sauce over them.
