Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 ¼ kg gnocchi
  • Water (salt water)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Put a saucepan with water and bring to the boil, lightly salt. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float on the surface of the water (this takes about 3 - 4 minutes).
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan, season with salt, pepper and paprika, add tomato paste and garlic and mix well. Mash the peeled tomatoes and add to the minced meat. Add milk and sour cream, stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for a good 10 minutes.
  3. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish and mix well with the minced meat sauce. Spread the cheese over it and then bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C until golden brown.
