Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchis according to the instructions on the packet - or take them out of the fridge.
  2. Put the bacon and diced onion in a non-stick pan (small flame - possibly a little more oil). When the bacon is a little baked, add the gnocchis and brown a little to taste. Then grate the parmesan and sprinkle over it (coarser or finer, depending on your taste) and let it melt. Roughly paint the pepper over it, sprinkle with thyme (or other spices, if you like).
  3. Finally, put the Gouda cheese in thick strips on top, briefly put the lid on so that it melts easily.
  4. (If you like, you can beat an egg over it)

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
