Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi or pasta
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • some water
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g mozzarella, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi or pasta as usual.
  2. Cut the ham into fine strips and fry, add the chopped garlic, processed cheese, cream and water, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes until creamy.
  3. Layer the finished gnocchi in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, then sprinkle the cheese over them and bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
