Instructions

  1. Add water for gnocchi. Gnocchi like LOTS of water!
  2. Fry the ham cubes and onions in hot oil until the ham is left out. Add paprika and chilli and stew until the juice has boiled away. Add the stock cubes, garlic cloves and 100 ml water. Reduce on a low flame.
  3. Sear the peppered chicken strips in a second pan and, when browned, deglaze with the sherry. Let simmer on a low flame.
  4. Gnocchi water is already boiling? Then put the gnocchi in!
  5. Now add the mashed tomatoes and the processed cheese to the ham pan, as soon as the chicken strips have absorbed the sherry, pour these into the ham pan as well.
  6. Gnocchi ready? Then strain, and also add to the remaining ingredients. Stir, decorate with fresh herbs if necessary.
  7. Please pay attention to the fat when preparing it.
  8. With a fine green salad. A red wine. A sherry?
