Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini, halved
  • 100 g bacon cubes
  • 400 g tomatoes, chunky
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sauce (salsa sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • parsley
  • basil

Instructions

  1. First wash the mushrooms and then quarter or eighth as desired. Wash the zucchini in the same way and cut into cubes.
  2. Now fry the mushrooms, zucchini and diced bacon together in a little oil. When everything turns a little brown, add the chunky tomatoes and sour cream and bring the sauce to the boil briefly. Depending on the desired consistency, you can now add water. Season with salsa sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, parsley and basil as needed.
  3. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Finally, simply add the gnocchi to the pan and serve.
