  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • some margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the margarine in the pan and briefly fry the gnocchi. Add the cream, milk and mushrooms and bring to the boil. Thinly slice turkey breast slices and add. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika and let the sauce simmer briefly.
