Ingredients

  • 200 g nocchi
  • 2 heads Pak Choi
  • 1 panicle (s) cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some parsley
  • some chili
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables, roughly grate the cheese.
  2. Fry the onions, garlic and the stalks of the pak choi. Add the chilli and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer at low temperature for about 10 minutes. Then add the pak choi leaves and the gnocchi to the tomato sauce, simmer for another 5 minutes. Now arrange and serve with parmesan and parsley.
  3. Tips: You can also use Swiss chard or spinach instead of pak choi. If you don`t have parmesan on hand, you can use sour cream, sour cream or crème fraîche. We also fried a slice of lemon. This gives the dish a fresh note.
