Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Mix the pumpkin cubes and garlic with the olive oil, season and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until the cubes turn brown, shaking a little in between.
  2. Meanwhile cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Thaw the spinach in a pan with a little oil and water and season.
  3. Take out the pumpkin and add the cooked gnocchi to the pan with the spinach. Chop the goat cheese and add it. Mix everything briefly and serve hot.
